I forgot to mention the sauce bar. You guys each have to bring a local BBQ sauce for the sauce bar or you go hungry. Its gonna be cool to taste the different sauces on the Q.

I was thinking of some interesting stats about Destin. If the folks come who I think are coming, you will have sauces from every state in the southeast.

              Louisiana

              Mississippi

              Florida

              Alabama

              Tennessee

              Kentucky

              Georgia

              North Carolina

              South Carolina (?)

              Did I miss one?

That ought to be one helluva sauce bar []

i will see what i can do on the brisket! i have a few meat markets close to the house that do some really good cuts! i will bring some great bbq suace, the original and the sissy sauce!

i work for a chemical inspection company (SGS), mainly barges and ships a little bit offshore and some inland stuff. try fishing from the back of a chemical tanker 70-80 miles offshore hand lining a ling!!!!

on a side note i am trying to get pops to bring his 97 252 to destin (or at least come with us and use mine)but he is between jobs at the moment. thanks to obama cutting the space program back 2 1/2 years away from retirement after he had been there for 32years. laid off!!!

The menu looks great. The rebuilt engine is in the boat this week...hopefully. Just gotta plan around my daughter's June schedule, but we should make it. Who, when and how much do we pay?

What do you mean Texas? We have the best BBQ. The original Sissy sauce is yummy too. We might have to scare you with some south Texas salsa too.
