  • 2009 Destin Funament June 18 - 21!

Save the date - the FIFTH Annual Emerald Coast Mako Owners Club and ClassicMako Owners Club Funament is going to be June 18 - 21, 2009.

The format will be similar to last year with a captains meeting Thursday night, fishing all day Friday, but Saturday will be different. Instead of having the awards tournament/dinner Saturday night, we will have a cook-out (back to our roots!) and awards on Saturday afternoon. This change on Saturday will allow everyone to hang out in a more informal manner and you will be able to come by boat or car.

More information to follow in the coming months!

Man O Man...why did I have to get married on June 20th[8]?

Last year I had to buy diamonds to make it happen, so naturally have have to start planning and figure out what it will take this time around [}]? I'll figure it out. Can't wait to see everyone again [)][)][)].

            I like it.

The goal of this has always been to me to hang out with friends that have a common interest and be able to talk in depth of this common interest.

When people decided to spread all out, you didn't even know they were there and had just a few min to talk.

I don't even really care about the fishing. Most charter boats end up off of P'Cola to fish anyway. My backyard.

Steve, all though I have been to only one of these, I appreciate the work you put in to it. I enjoy the pics and the commentary during and after the event. That being said, I hope to make it this year. My 23 is going to the paint shop in Feb. so I hope to have it running in time. To those who have not been it is a lot of fun with a great bunch of folks.

That's Great Nick. Hope to see the Dodge bringing the Dodge clan towing the Mako.
